In an effort to cut delivery time and waste the USPS has automated its bulk mailing network and we can prepare your mailing to take advantage of this automation.

We have our own standart and first class bulk permits issued by USPS and most of our clients use our permit. But we also work with clients who have non-profit permits. We do all the work and the postage discounts are passed on to the client.

The key to a modern, automated bulk mailing is a mailing list. Once your list is formatted, we can run it through a series of programs which will identify valid addresses, expand their zip codes and encode the address information into a bar code. Along the way your list is scanned for duplicate addresses. Your list is then presorted and is printed directly on your mail piece (no labels) so that it enters the U S Postal system as a high speed automated mailing.

To prepare your list to take advantage of this service you have two options: first option: if you are using word processing software you must enter your names and addresses as an 'ASCII', character delimited text file. Second option: if you are using a data base or spreadsheet application, there are a few simple rules for structuring each record so it will fly through the Postal Service system.
